I offer both. I practice out of an office in Midtown Manhattan and another in Queens.

To allow for in depth approaches such as EMDR and IFS, sessions are 55 - 60 minutes.

At a minimum, therapy is conducted on a weekly basis. Weekly sessions are necessary to support continuity, depth, and lasting change. Some clients choose to meet twice weekly for a period of time to maintain momentum in processing work while also receiving support around current life stressors. Session frequency can be adjusted over time based on your needs and goals.

Sessions are $300 for 55 to 60 minutes. Sliding scale slots are limited and are currently at capacity.

I am not in network with any insurance plans. In certain situations, and on a case by case basis, I may pursue a single case agreement if a client is unable to find an appropriate in network provider. A single case agreement is a special authorization from your insurance company that allows you to receive in network level benefits while working with me. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about this process.

Yes. I provide out of network receipts, also called superbills, for clients who wish to seek reimbursement. Depending on your insurance plan, I can assist with confirming benefits and may offer courtesy billing.
